We closed on Sept 14th! It was a great day! Prior to that Victoriea made every step of the process understandable and worry free. Moving is stressful no matter what, Victoriea reduced that stress drastically. I only had to focus on my personal stressors of packing, buying my own new house, etc. I was actually going to FSBO to try to save myself some money. After speaking with family members the inquiries on safety came up. This was a big deal for me and a turning point, Victoriea was able to offer screening processes, safe and supervised showings, and an overall feeling of ease. I had no idea herself or her brokerage would have so many amenities for selling a home. She not only helped with the basics, like proper pricing, but also so much more.
